Chester Higgins Jr.

The light use in this picture on the woman by the photographer Chester Higgins Jr captures the intense of the woman bright eyes and a dark part of her face and the white scarf.The Photogrpher happens to make the woman head of the whole frame made up of her white scarf and a small section of her face in the top part of the frame. The light use in this photograph makes shades on the lady and there is a little light on her nose and a sparkal of light on her eyes bright.I how the lady scarf is not flat or plan but the photographer captures the folds in her scarf.

Berenice Abbott

I like this vertical black and white photograph of Cliff and Ferry Street buildings by the photographer Berenice Abbott manage to capture the depth of field and the contrast of light, darks and gray.The photographer manage to capture the depth of field of the buildings and streets making the eye see futher in the picture and the many cars. The buidlings from left to right is a horizontal leading lines leading your eye to the back of the larger vertical building in the center frame. The left side of the frame the buildings are going from one big building to many smaller buildings compare to one large building on the right side.In the middle of the the frame there is a lrger vertical building that is in the center of the frame that is gray making the sky and the big building look foggy.

Joel Meyerowitz

This photograph here I think was taking in the afternoon by the photographer Joel Meyerrowitz in a vertical compostion who set a calm and relaxing mood to this landscape.This mood set by the time of day has the clouds looking larger in the top part of frame making the clouds look closer to the field. The clouds make the trees and the grass look smaller where the contrast of the light and dark. The left side of the trees are dark and the grass is light. The white fence is the leading lines in a horizontal compostion and it has contrast of light and dark.

Architect

My point of view assignment was Architect and I choose this Architect photograph because I think this would get somebody interest of how the picture was taking and the compostion of the bulidings and the clouds. The two column's are vertical leading lines also including the bulding on the left side of the bulding leading your eyes to the sky. By the column's being in the front of the frame going from left to right of the frame with it's dark contrast makes the clouds look a background close the buildings and cloumn's. The bulding on the left side is horizontal with a little shadow and the rest of the building is light. I think this photograph compelling because it's not a boring and dull picture it contains five buildings and nature at the same time. The five buildings are different texture and color also the compostion of the windows on the building are horizontal and vertical which is giving the effect of the window looking lager to smaller

Karl Blossfeldt

This landscape picture by the photographer Karl Blossfeldt is my favorite because I like how he capture the enrich bright colors of the clouds, mountains and the water.By photographer taking a picture of enrich colors he manage to capture the reflection of the landscape scenery in the water making it look like a art work. The trees in this picture is use as leadlines making your eyes following in the direction of the river to the left of the frame.

Nick Koudis

This picture by the photographer Nick Koudis is my favorite picture because of compostion of the men and the woman between the forground and background also including the different contrast of light and dark. I like how the photographer got the woman in a glamour look in a bright golden dress place on the right side of the frame and making her looking bigger than the guys placed in the background. The guys placed in the background are in casual wear in a horizontal direction looking like they are play fighting is making the woman look important as the bottom of the frame is draken where the guys feet are hidden in the dark.
